Regional Associate Director, Diocese of St. Petersburg

The Diocese of St. Petersburg is seeking a full-time Regional Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry, the first of three associates to be hired in light of the new vision of the diocese prior to July 1. The Regional Associate Director will enable the Office for Youth and Young Adult Ministry to further assist the parishes and the Catholic secondary schools of the diocese in the design and collaborative implementation of quality youth and young adult ministry programs. The Regional Associates will work with pastors and youth and young adult leaders, to build a youth ministry culture that proclaims, invites, and encounters. This position will seek to serve parish and school communities in the Northern part of the Tampa Bay area.  The desired start time for this position is March 1.

Director, Newman Catholic Center, Sacramento

The Diocese of Sacramento seeks a passionate, accomplished, creative leader to direct to the Newman Catholic Center, Sacramento. The Director administrates the center, creates and implements programming, and supervises a full time Campus Minister. The Newman Centers in the Diocese of Sacramento are transitional student communities that support and empower college student leaders to make disciples of Jesus. Ideal candidate has a Master's Degree (or a BA with extensive experience), five years' successful leadership/managerial performance, proven track record of evangelizing young adults, experience in young adult and/or campus ministry, and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Director of Youth, Young Adult, Pastoral Juvenil and Apostolado Hispano Ministries

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Las Cruces has an immediate opening for a full-time Director for the Office of Youth, Young Adult, Pastoral Juvenil and Apostolado Hispano Ministries.  The Director of Youth, Young Adult, Pastoral Juvenil and Apostolado Hispano Ministries is responsible for supporting parishes in developing pastoral ministry to youth and young adults that fosters within all young people and those who minister with them a deeper, life-giving relationship with Jesus and the Church and a spirit of missionary discipleship.  In addition the director supports the development of Hispanic leadership especially among young adults. 

Qualifications: This position requires the successful candidate to be a practicing Catholic in good standing with a strong working knowledge of relevant Church documents. Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Youth Ministry, Pastoral Studies or related field with five years of experience working with teens and young adults or a Master’s degree in Theology, Youth Ministry, Pastoral Studies or related field with 3 years of experience working with teens and young adults.  Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written required.
