Coordinator of Discipleship for Youth

 Location: St. John the Baptist, New Brighton, MN 55112

 Job Description: This position will provide a dynamic and comprehensive program for youth in grades 6-12.  This youth program currently includes Middle School Ministry to 6-8th graders, a 2 year Confirmation preparation program for 8th and 9th graders, Senior High Youth Ministry for 9-12th graders as well as a Peer Ministry Team. All efforts will aim to help teens grow in love for Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church, and prepare them for a life of discipleship through moral formation, catechesis, service, Christian fellowship and involvement in parish life.


Youth Minister (Grades 9-12)

 Location: Church of the Resurrection, New Albany, OH 43054

 Job Description: This position will conduct and coordinate Religious Education program for the Parish, grades 9 – 12.  Includes weekly ministry during the school year, retreats, social activities and service projects; design/coordinate students for the Sacrament of Confirmation, preparing and managing the high school youth ministry budget.    

Coordinate program to prepare students for admittance to the Church through the Christian Initiation of Youth program.  Recruit, train, and supervise a core team of adult and youth leaders/ volunteers to support all high school youth programs and events according to the Diocese of Columbus Protecting God’s Children policy. Flexibility in hours which will include evenings and weekends.

Director of Youth Ministries

 Location: St. Joseph/St. Stephen/St. Peter Parishes, Stevens Point, WI 54481

 Job Description: Seeking an individual to work full time with youth for a combined ministry position beginning July 1, 2019.  The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing catechetical, sacramental preparation, relational and service programs for middle and high school teens.  Applicants should enjoy working with youth and must be organized, self-motivated, and proficient in computer and communications skills.  Work nights and weekends are balanced with regular agreed upon office hours. Certification or experience in Catholic youth ministry preferred.  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Religious Studies/Theology or Education are a plus. Director of Family Faith Formation

 Location: St. Joseph/St. Stephen Parishes, Stevens Point, WI 54481

 Job Description: This full time, 40 hour per week, salaried position is available starting with the 2019-2020 year.  We are looking for a faith- filled individual who enjoys working with children aged 0 to 12.  The Director is responsible for Grades 1-6 Religious Education program, Baptism, Reconciliation and Communion Preparation, as well as other elements of children’s ministry.  A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Religious Education Studies, Theology or related field is preferred.

Director of Family Faith Formation

 Location: Holy Spirit Catholic Community, Rock Springs, WY

 Job Description: Holy Spirit Catholic Community is seeking to hire a Director of Faith Formation. The Director would focus on formation for children pre-K through 5th grade, sacramental preparation, RCIA, RCIC, adult formation, and family involvement.

The successful candidate must be an active, practicing Catholic in good standing, with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to organize and recruit a team of volunteers to assist with the development of programs and events is necessary. A BA in Theology/Religious Education or related field is preferred.

Rock Springs is located on the high desert plateau of southwestern Wyoming. The parish has 1,200 registered households and a Catholic school that serves Pre-K through 6th grades. Several masses are celebrated in Spanish every weekend. Rock Springs is considered an outdoor recreation destination with fishing, hunting, and hiking.

Youth and Young Adult Minister

 Job Description: St. Cecilia Church, in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Youth Minister to lead our youth and young adults in areas of fellowship, worship, and service. The position will serve students in middle school (6th–8th grades) and young adults.  Successful candidates will have exceptional experience and drive for enthusiastically engaging our youth in formational, social, and stewardship activities. The Youth Minister will work closely with a team of adult volunteers to develop and execute a vision and mission for our youth ministry programming. 

Candidates should possess excellent communication and organization skills to work with parents, youth and staff. Director of Youth Ministry

 Location: St. John Church, Carien, CT

 Job Description: Seeking a Director of Youth Ministry to develop and oversee the youth ministry program of St. John Church, a vibrant Catholic parish in Darien, Connecticut with over 1700 families. Youth ministry efforts will focus on grades 9-12, but expand to also draw middle schoolers. The goal is a balance of fun, spirituality, and service.

Responsibilities include: Leading weekly Sunday night meetings; Recruiting/supervising youth group officers to develop their leadership skills; recruiting parents to provide dinner for Sunday evening youth group meetings and to assist with supervision; organizing service projects and annual youth group retreat; recruiting teens to serve as readers, altar servers, and ushers at the weekly 5pm Sunday Mass.

Candidates should be organized initiative-takers, comfortable communicating with youth, and passionate about sharing their faith.
