PROGRAM GOALS

As part of its mandate to educate, train, and support diocesan leadership, the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry sponsors an annual institute for new diocesan directors of youth ministry. NDDI Programming includes introduction to national Catholic Church resources, training in management skills, insight into personal spiritual development, as well as ongoing visioning and planning.

WHO CAN ATTEND

This experience is designed for professionals who have served in diocesan youth ministry for less than 3 years.

The New Diocesan Directors Institute is May 27-May 30, 2009.

The National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry is grateful for the sponsorship of Saint Mary’s Press and the Catholic Youth Foundation, USA for the New Diocesan Directors’ Institute.

 

CYF USANDDI is funded through these sponsorships, covering program registration fees, accommodations, and most meals.

REGISTRATION

Deadline: Open to the first 25 participants registered before April 15. Space is limited and preference will be given to Diocesan Directors of Youth Ministry returning their completed forms by April 15.


Fee: $75 per person. This registration deposit is refunded upon completion of the program. Participants are responsible for dinner Friday as well as transportation to/from Washington, DC..
