Q1. What is your Job Title?

Director of Ministry Formation

Q2. What are your responsibilities?

As Director of Ministry Formation, I resource and support the ongoing formation of those who accompany young people through webinars, project teams, training programs and conferences. In addition, I serve as coordinator for the Strong Catholic Families National Initiative which helps parishes partner more closely with parents to bring home the faith. I also coordinate the Holy Fire middle school faith events that are offered regionally throughout the U.S.

I have worked for NFCYM since 2005 out of my home office in Rochester, NY

My top 5 Clifton Strengths are Maximizer, Strategic, Achiever, Activator and Arranger which means I love working with others and their strengths in getting things done well to further our mission.
