As the Executive Director, I oversee the administration, management, and operations of NFCYM. This includes, but is not limited to, serving on the Board and various teams, serving as the NFCYM liaison with outside organizations, directing all public relations and advocacy functions. I am the person who is blessed to build a team comprised of individuals who are passionate about our mission and help develop their full capacity as they work with our members to animate our vision while serving the larger Church.

Q3. WHY DO YOU WORK FOR NFCYM?

I joined NFCYM in 2017 and I work for NFCYM I believe in the mission and trust wholeheartedly that God is leading us. My job allows me to dream big, empower and cultivate potential in others while identifying their God-given gifts and to work collaboratively in meeting organizational goals.
