Q2. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

As the program coordinator I work with the NFCYM staff and project teams to coordinate and administrate program elemets for the National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC), Exchange, the New Diocesan Director’s Institute (NDDI), and formation project teams. This includes among other things: keeping programs on track, including the creation of timelines, program material, agendas, scripts, media, session identification, speaker preparation, and other program-related items.

Q3. WHY DO YOU WORK FOR NFCYM?

I joined NFCYM in 2018. As a young person I served parishes on the Mexican border since 2005 and is where I found my vocation to serve God’s people by accompanying and connecting them to the greater Church. Through its mission, NFCYM has allowed me the privilege to be able to connect and accompany His people from all across the nation.

Q4. WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?

My top five Clifton Strengths are: Developer, Positivity, Belief, Empathy, and Adaptability

What does that mean? I have a desire to help others grow, a service orientation, a contagious energy and enthusiasm, an awareness of the unvoiced needs, and calmness in the face of change.
