Accompany Podcast
Christ Leads, We Accompany.
Accompany Podcast is a ministry resource produced by the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM) that shines a light on the people, parishes, and organizations living out the Church’s call to accompaniment.
Hosted by Bro Rhy (Rhyan Ramirez), each episode invites listeners into honest, hope-filled conversations about what it means to walk with others in faith. From parish teams re-imagining youth and family ministry to national partners developing new models of formation and outreach.
Through stories, strategies, and spiritual insight, Accompany Podcast helps leaders cultivate cultures of encounter, empathy, and mission.
Whether you’re a parish staff member, youth minister, volunteer, or pastoral leader, you’ll find inspiration and practical tools to help your community grow as an accompaniment-centered parish. One step, one story, and one relationship at a time.
