Thank you Duce!
NFCYM thanks Louise “Duce” Dussault for over 30+ years of service in the field of youth ministry. A strong supporter of the intersection of faith and sports, Duce was an advocate for local youth centers and summer camps that empowered the spiritual realities of young people for the Diocese of Providence. Thank you for always supporting your colleagues with your constant positivity and encouragement. We will miss you!
Duce received NFCYM’s National Youth Ministry Award for Diocesan Leadership in 2012

Thank you, Duce, for the years you have served the field of youth ministry and your continuous dedication to NFCYM mission. I am immensely grateful for your recent commitment to chair the finance committee, partly because I had the blessing to serve with you. Congratulations on your well-earned and deserved upcoming retirement. I wish you many blessings on the next chapter of your journey.

Duce went out of her way and her comfort zone to serve NFCYM. Though not fond of air travel, she jumped on board to be present to the finance committee, board of directors, and advisory council. She is matter-of-fact and kind and funny.

Congratulations, Duce! Sorry that our paths with NFCYM did not cross for longer, but I am sure you’re just retiring– not leaving the mission field! Please pray for us!
Duce –
I am SO glad that you/your diocese hosted my first AMM in 1997 so that I got a chance to meet you. Little did I know that our paths would cross frequently over the decades. I am so grateful that you LIKE to work with finances and other details that are NOT my forte…. you have brought so many insights and ideas to so many Federation task groups, committees, work groups, strategic directions work, etc. I am happy to have benefited, and taken ideas back to my diocese (whichever one I worked for at that time, ha.) I am also grateful for some socializing opportunities, Louise. Best wishes on a retirement filled with so many blessings, knowing that you have blessed so many for so long! Well done, good and faithful servant!
Peace, gratitude and love,
