Celebrating the NFCYM Community

Thank you for making the FY25 ministry year unforgettable!

Reflecting on our achievements in the fiscal year 2025 (FY25), which ended June 30, 2025.  

A heartfelt thank you to our Focus Area Champions for guiding our strategy, to the dedicated project chairs leading so many wonderful initiatives, to our ministry network moderators, webinar and event participants, and to the many others who contribute in countless ways. And a special shout-out to all our members whose time, energy, and talents make this organization what it is!

Five-Year Strategy (FY22-FY26)

Focus Area 1 - Embrace the Essential Elements of Comprehensive Youth Ministry

Accompany Project

3 editions of the Accompany magazine were published, reaching just over 3,033 mailboxes per issue. To read past editions, Click Here >

Focus Area 2 - Embrace the Profession and Practice of a Youth Ministry Leader

2025 NDDI

24 new diocesan directors gathered in Baltimore for workshops and prayerful moments designed to deepen understanding of the responsibilities and spiritual practices needed for diocesan leadership. To read more, Click Here > 

NALM 2025 Summit

A delegation of NFCYM members attended the NALM 2025 Summit in May to continue discussions on the professionalism standards for ministry formation.

Focus Area 3 - Understand and Engage Youth as Protagonists

National Youth Advisory Council

14 young people were selected for the National Youth Advisory Council, empowering youth voices to shape programs and initiatives that inspire faith and discipleship. To learn about the council, Click Here >

Focus Area 4 - Support the Growth of the Domestic Church

SacredTable

75 ministry leaders participated in the launch of the SacredTable Deep Dives. The Diocese of Colorado Springs and the Archdiocese of St. Louis hosted Deep Dives in May and June. If you are interested in bringing a Deep Dive to your diocese, Click Here > 

SacredTable contracted Future of Faith to create a custom SacredTable Sacred Listening Tool for parish leaders. To access the tool, Click Here >

Imago Dei

12 young adult ministry leaders completed Imago Dei initiative. To learn more about the initiative, Click Here >

Faith & Service Grant

Secured a $5 million grant to support leaders in guiding young people to connect faith and service. At this years NCYC every adult who comes will receive two resources: A magazine resource and service design process resource. Information will also be shared  on how to apply for parish grants, this is available only to NFCYM members. As we near November, more information will be shared.
