Designed for professionals who’ve served in diocesan youth ministry for less than three years, programming includes:

  • Introduction to national Catholic Church resources
  • Training in management and resourcing skills
  • Insight into personal spiritual development
  • Ongoing visioning and planning

Costs

Thanks to generous grants from McGrath Institute for Church Life, University of Notre Dame, Outside Da Box Productions (ODB), Life Teen, Institute of Pastoral Studies: Loyola University Chicago, and NFCYM all program expenses, including lodging and most meals, are covered for participants. Participants are responsible for their transportation to/from Washington, D.C., plus any meals before or after the official start of the program.
