Exchange brings together those who are passionate about accompanying young people for three days of intentional networking, support, and opportunities for collaboration and prayer. By being a sponsor, you will help make this experience possible and have direct access to NFCYM members and the broader Catholic youth ministry community. You and your organization will have facetime with decision-makers in the field of Catholic youth ministry, including diocesan leaders, parish and Catholic high school directors and coordinators of youth ministry, clergy and religious, and leaders of organizations serving the young church.

Organizations and members can also be engaged in Exchange in other ways:
Information Tables – $150
- We encourage you to leave information at your table for participants to take throughout the meeting, tables do not need to be supervised throughout the event. We will give instructions to participants when we invite organizations to have a representative at their tables. This allows organization representatives to participate in the meeting
- Leaving brochures or giveaways at the participant tables will be reserved exclusively for Exchange Sponsors.
- Sponsors will get priority for their tabletop location, followed by NFCYM organizational members, then associate members, and then non-members.
- Organizational members get a $100 discount. Associate members receive a $50 discount.
Give the Gift of Exchange and NFCYM Membership – $345
- Now through January 15, you can offer the gift of Exchange to someone whom you choose or that has applied for an Exchange scholarship.
- Please note, the individual will still be responsible for travel and housing expenses.
- You can also add a one-year NFCYM Associate Membership to your Exchange donation if you round up your gift to $400.
- Associate membership is valued at $75, so giving the gift of Exchange and NFCYM Membership saves you $20.
