Things to be aware of as you prepare to purchase tickets:

  1. Full ticket amount is due at time of purchase (credit card or electronic check)
  2. Tickets must be purchased by adults 21 years of age or older
  3. Youth participants are to be within the ages of 14-18 (current high school freshman to seniors)
  4. All ticket sales are final – no refunds will be provided unless the event is canceled (tickets may be re-sold) 

In-Person Participation

For those ready to gather in person, we look forward to seeing you in Indianapolis. As you may suspect, this year will look a bit different from prior years, but what should be unmistakable in the experience is our commitment to the NCYC mission: to provide a distinctly Catholic environment in which participants are invited to encounter Christ, experience Church, and be empowered for discipleship.

Virtual Participation

Experience NCYC in a brand new way! Participate as group at the local level, or as a family or individual from home. 

Participants will join through an online event platform and have access to:

  • General sessions from in-person event (access to stream and then re-aired as part of virtual programming)
  • Breakout sessions from in-person event
  • Exclusive breakout sessions for virtual participants only
  • Speaker Q&A sessions
  • Content to help recreate the NCYC experience, including questions for reflection/group discussion, activity and prayer ideas, and more

Streaming Only

View the excitement of the NCYC by watching the stream of five General Sessions from our Featured Speakers, starting Thursday night through Saturday evening. This is a great way for parents and guardians to see what their teens are experiencing or for a teen (or those who have graduated high-school and miss NCYC) to be set Ablaze at home!

The Streaming Only Ticket includes links to view general sessions only—no breakouts, no processing questions, no activity ideas, or tangible elements. COST

Hotels

Hotel Request Process

You may request hotel rooms at the time of ticket request, regardless of the number of tickets purchased or rooms needed, or at a later date. To qualify for the NCYC group rate, hotels generally require a three-night stay—Thursday to Sunday. Using NCYC block hotel rooms helps to underwrite the cost of convention center and stadium rental.

When to Request Rooms

NFCYM prefers that you request/reserve hotel rooms immediately following ticket purchase, but if that is not possible, you may return to request rooms later. We anticipate having enough rooms in our block to accommodate all participant requests, but availability will become more limited the closer we get to November.

Requesting Rooms

If you did not complete a hotel request at the time of your ticket purchase, use the button below that corresponds to the number of rooms you need per night

10 or fewer rooms per night

You will need:

  1. Check-in/out dates
  2. A valid credit card number with expiration date.

The credit card will not be charged until check-in, when another valid form of payment may be substituted, or in the case of a no-show.

11 or more rooms per night

You will need to know:

  1. Number and type (one bed/two beds) of rooms needed
  2. Arrival and departure dates
  3. Your top 3-5 preferred hotels in the NCYC block
  4. Criteria (i.e. location, rate, meeting space, breakfast, parking) to be used if your preferred hotels isn’t available


Every effort will be made to place you in one of your top five selections. If those hotels are no longer available or cannot accommodate your number, your criteria will be used to suggest appropriate alternatives. Deposits will need to be made directly with the hotel once you have your assignment. These are not generally due immediately, but should be made on a timeline agreed upon between you and the representative from your assigned hotel.

Confirmation of Room Request

If you reserved 10 or fewer rooms per night, you will receive an email confirmation shortly after submission. 

If you requested 11 or more rooms per night, you will immediately receive an email notification that your request has been received. Once your hotel placement is made, you will receive an email confirmation. This may take up to 15 business days. 

Meal Options

Boxed Meals & Concession Cards

After completing your in-person ticket purchase, you will receive a link in your confirmation email to purchase optional boxed meals and/or prepaid gift cards for use at ICCLOS concession stands. Orders must be placed and paid for by Sunday, November 14. Check payments may be made using a paper order form mailed to the exclusive concessionaire, Centerplate. Online orders must be paid by credit card.

Boxed Meals include cold ($11.50 plus tax and service) and hot options ($13.50 plus tax and service). Cold options are a small sandwich (options: turkey & swiss, ham & provolone, ZLT flatbread vegetarian) OR salad (grilled Caesar or small garden) with a bag of chips, apple, and small bottled water. Hot options are fried chicken tender mac and cheese, broccoli and cheddar mac and cheese, personal cheese or pepperoni pizza, or grilled chicken sandwich with a garden salad shaker cup and small bottled water. Additional beverages are priced separately at $3.75 for bottled water and $3.50 for canned Coca-Cola products. There will be a 9% sales tax and 23% service charge added to all catering orders. Lunch meals will be distributed between 11 am-2 pm and dinner meals from 4:30-7 pm. Pick-up location and timeframe will be determined and communicated in November.

For Concession Cards, there will be a $.50 per card administrative fee. There will be no change given for unused funds. All cards must be pre-paid in full at least 72 hours prior to the first convention date. Concession cards may be picked up from the ICC Catering Office between 9 am-5 pm beginning on Monday, November 15, 2021. Cards may be used at any Indiana Convention Center concession stand from Thursday, 11/18 – Saturday, 11/20.
