Catholic Mission Trips, Inc. (CMT) is seeking a full-time Director of Missions, who is responsible for coordinating the logistics of the mission trips, training mission leaders to lead the mission trips, and preparing youth leaders for the missions. This hybrid position gives the flexibility of a remote position and requires some travel for training and missions. Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, excellent communicators, passionate about the mission of CMT, and effective at building and maintaining relationships. Experience in mission work, youth ministry, and event planning is preferred.

Catholic Mission Trips, Inc. (CMT) is seeking young adult men and women on fire with the Holy Spirit to lead week-long mission trips. CMT mission trips include daily Mass, rebuilding projects, and retreat style programming. The ideal candidate has excellent teamwork skills, a high degree of personal responsibility, mission trip, youth ministry, and public speaking experience, and is at least 20 years of age. Mission Leaders are contracted for a minimum of 1 week throughout the year and 12 weeks for the summer program. Year-long and team-leader positions are available.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative communicator, creative storyteller, and faith-filled professional who can accompany students in their faith journey while supporting institutional goals.
Required Qualifications: Baptized, practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Theology, Ministry, Business, or a related field. Experience in mission communications, storytelling, content creation, marketing, or communications within a Catholic or mission-driven organization. Experience promoting ministry, faith formation, educational, or leadership development programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proficiency with social media, digital communications platforms, and content management tools. Experience with graphic design, video production, photography, and multimedia storytelling tools. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management ability. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across multiple constituencies. Strong work ethic, initiative, adaptability, and commitment to mission. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description: Christus Ministries, a Catholic nonprofit serving Los Angeles, seeks a full-time Parish Coordinator of Young Adult Ministry. This hybrid position serves American Martyrs Catholic Community in Manhattan Beach and Christus Ministries in Culver City, with remote flexibility. The role is 75% parish-based young adult ministry: serving as primary minister, leading the SALT team, coordinating weekly Word & Wisdom Wednesdays gatherings, facilitating faith conversations, welcoming newcomers, helping organize young adult and family events and managing ministry databases and budgets. The remaining 25% supports Christus Ministries programs, retreats, and team needs. Qualified candidates are practicing Catholics with strong pastoral and relational skills, reliable transportation in the Los Angeles area, and excellent administration and communication skills. Preferred qualifications: 3+ years of young adult ministry experience and a degree in Theology or Pastoral Ministry or related field. Salary: $72,000–$75,000 annually with full benefits.
