Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry

Location: Saint Rose Parish, Perrysburg, OH

Job Description: Saint Rose Parish, Perrysburg, Ohio is hiring a full time Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry to create a junior high ministry program with the planned trajectory of creating a high school youth ministry program in the future. This position will seek to meet the spiritual needs of the young people of Saint Rose Parish through the creation and supervision of various teams and programs, as well as through direct interaction with those young people.

The scope and focus of this ministry will initially be to Junior High-aged youth (grades 6-8) with the goal of expanding to High School-aged youth (grades 9-12) in the future. The oversight and development of the current parish Young Adult Ministry (ages 18-39) will also be an obligation of this position.

Confirmation, Youth Ministry, & Young Adult Coordinator

Job Description: Based upon the principle of relationship the CYMYA Coordinator begins with our 8th grade confirmation program to foster and develop relationships while preparing them to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation through the LifeTeen Curriculum. In building upon the relationships developed through the confirmation program the CYMYA Coordinator continues to develop the teens throughout their high school years through interactive and engaging Life Nights. Finally, our CYMYA Coordinator maintains these connections with our young adults while away for college, in addition to creating social opportunities to foster community, as well as bible studies for those 18-35 year-olds in our parish community.

Youth Minister

Job Description: St. Mark Catholic Church is seeking a full-time faith-filled Catholic Youth Minister who can lead the hearts of youth in grades six to twelve to Christ. We are seeking someone who is innovative and intentional in working with not only youth, but parents, and volunteers in a culturally diverse parish. 

Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive youth ministry that includes evangelization, discipleship, and formation opportunities. Ultimately, a successful Youth Minister will assist the St. Mark parish community by inviting, inspiring, forming, and leading youth to know and love Jesus Christ. Director of Youth Evangelization and Formation
