The Coordinator of Evangelization is responsible for developing and managing faith-based initiatives that serve the Benedictine College Community, specifically through the Hospitality Team, Acts Team, and Music Team programs. The Coordinator of Evangelization will partner with key departments and groups across the college including FOCUS and SPO, the Academic Music Department, the Director of Student Activities, and Athletic Coaches. The Coordinator of Evangelization will consult with the College Chaplain on all Liturgical Music. Job Description: The Projects Manager (“PM”) is essential to the effective and efficient administration and operations of the Initiative on Catholic Social Thought & Public Life and to the support and execution of its mission.
The PM carries out key tasks in implementing the Initiative’s programs and gatherings under the supervision of the Program Director. They collaborate closely with the Program Director on Salt and Light Gatherings in consultation with the Initiative Co-Directors; and work with the Initiative Co-Directors and Program Director to plan, coordinate, execute, and follow-through on the Initiative’s programs and events.
The PM has particular responsibilities for the Initiative’s Latino Leader Gatherings, working closely with the Program Director and Co-Directors on the planning, execution, and follow-up on activities held under the auspices of this program. They lead outreach efforts within the Georgetown community, broader outreach efforts, and communications for the Initiative on all of its activities.
The PM provides vital administrative support to the Initiative’s Program Director and Co-Directors, and oversees the running of the Initiative’s office. They assist the Program Director with the Initiative’s finances, including coordinating the processing of all contracts, reimbursements, and payments for the Initiative; reconciling accounts on a monthly basis; and maintaining source documentation for transactions.
