Q2. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
As a Project Coordinator, I coordinate the execution of the 12-month strategy through the champions in individual strategies. Within this 12-month strategy, I am responsible for the inventory and curation of resources to our members and broader public. I also sit on the core team of the National Dialogue producing, synthesizing, and archiving communicative material to the National Leadership Network and the public. Along with these responsibilities, I manage the shipping and handling of the store and its publications while performing miscellaneous office tasks.
Q3. WHY DO YOU WORK FOR NFCYM?
I began working for NFCYM as an intern in 2017. From my ambition as a youth leader throughout high school, my aspirations to make a larger impact miraculously landed me at NFCYM. I believe it is a great opportunity to develop myself as a leader in the field and represent young people at a national level. I am very lucky and blessed to have this position and am excited for what fruits it will bear on myself and young people across the nation.

My top five Clifton Strengths are: Connectedness, Command, Ideation, Significance, and Deliberative
I always have a high-level view on projects and ideas while relating it to my own work and how it fits into the picture.
