What is NDDI?

The New Diocesan Directors Institute is an annual four-day institute sponsored by the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM) and offered for new diocesan leaders who have responsibility for middle school, high school, or young adult ministry. Designed for professionals who’ve served in diocesan ministry for less than five years.

Program Goals

  • Introduction to the newest resources available to the field

Registration is open to diocesan staff members with regional responsibilities for middle school, high school, or young adult ministry and who have been in their roles less than five years.

Subsidized member registrations have been sold out all future participants need to purchase at the non-member price.
