What is NDDI?
The New Diocesan Directors Institute is an annual four-day institute sponsored by the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM) and offered for new diocesan leaders who have responsibility for middle school, high school, or young adult ministry. Designed for professionals who’ve served in diocesan ministry for less than five years.

Program Goals

- Understanding of the historical context of youth ministry in the United States
- Introduction to NFCYM, USCCB and the catholic church at the national level
- Consultation and support in developing a strategic plan for diocesan ministry
- Introduction to the role of diocesan leadership
- Opportunity to advocate for the needs of young people with church leaders
- Tools to ensure longevity in diocesan ministry
- Introduction to the newest resources available to the field
- Invitation to become a leader within NFCYM

Registration is open to diocesan staff members with regional responsibilities for middle school, high school, or young adult ministry and who have been in their roles less than five years.
Subsidized member registrations have been sold out all future participants need to purchase at the non-member price.
