As Engagement Manager, I am responsible for NFCYM’s efforts to strengthen and support member relations and engagement, including developing and overseeing membership recruitment and retention strategies. I also assist in growing funding initiatives while cultivating and developing relationships with donors and stakeholders.

Young people teach and inspire me to hope, dream, and love unconditionally. It is an honor and privilege to take a leadership role with NFCYM to support and strengthen those that accompany young people.
