As Engagement Manager, it is my privilege to provide operational and organizational support to NFCYM’s mission and assist in growing funding initiatives while cultivating and developing relationships with donors and stakeholders. I am responsible for NFCYM’s efforts to strengthen and support donor relations and engagement, cultivation, recognition, and stewardship.
Q3. WHY DO YOU WORK FOR NFCYM?
Young people are often able to perceive and appreciate the authenticity and truth in others. They have a keen eye for sincerity and genuine expression, valuing honesty and openness in their interactions. Working for NFCYM allows me to channel that inspiration into meaningful programs and support for the youth and those who serve them, positively impacting their lives.
Q4. WHO ACCOMPANIED YOU AS A YOUNG PERSON?
A peer and high school friend played an instrumental role in accompanying me on my spiritual journey, sparking a desire for a deeper relationship with God. Through her example, friendship, invitations to youth group activities, and a three-day retreat, she guided me toward a deeper understanding of faith and spirituality.
Q5. WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?
My top five Clifton Strengths are: Achiever, Relator, Responsibility, Learner, and Consistency.
What does that mean? I am driven to accomplish goals and care deeply about connecting with people. I am passionate about learning and committed to fairness and stability in all my efforts.
