Project Manager

Q2. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

As Senior Project Manager, I oversee the Accompaniment Project and the OneTable Initiative (originally known as: Partnering with Parents Initiative) to ensure they are completed in a timely and quality fashion and within budget along with the creation and implementation of the various communications components of the grant projects.
 

Q3. WHY DO YOU WORK FOR NFCYM?

NFCYM has been a integral part of my formation as a youth minister since I first experienced NCYC as a high school student in 1995 through my years as a parish youth minister and eventually a diocesan director. I consider it a privilege to use my own gifts in service to the Catholic Church and to an organization that is committed to developing innovative ways to help the Church form young disciples of Jesus Christ. 

Q4. WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?

My top five Clifton Strengths are: Developer, Arranger, Learner, Belief, and Maximizer 

What does that mean?  

I love a good challenge, especially when I have the opportunity to work with a team of talented individuals to join our resources together in pursuit of an innovative solution that lines up with our values.
