Q2. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

As Director of Ministry Formation, I resource and support the ongoing formation of those who accompany young people through webinars, project teams, training programs, and conferences. In addition, I serve as coordinator for the Strong Catholic Families National Initiative which helps parishes partner more closely with parents to bring home the faith. I also coordinate the Holy Fire middle school faith events that are offered regionally throughout the U.S.  

Q3. WHY DO YOU WORK FOR NFCYM?

I have worked for NFCYM since 2005 and before that was a diocesan member since 1992. Having been involved in Youth Ministry since 1984, I know how valuable it has been for me to walk this journey together with others, sharing wisdom, ideas and resources and collaborating with others to make it all happen. It is a privilege to be a part of a national organization that continues to gather and form youth ministry leaders in this way.

My top 5 Clifton Strengths are: Maximizer, Strategic, Achiever, Activator and Arranger 


This means I love working with others and their strengths in getting things done well to further our mission.
