Q2. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

As Partnership Manager, I am responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with organizations, institutions, and corporations that have a passion for serving the young church. I am also responsible for those seeking sponsorship opportunities and exhibiting at our events (NCYC, Exchange, NDDI, etc.).

Q3. WHY DO YOU WORK FOR NFCYM?

Most of my ministerial career has been dedicated to serving the young church and their families. I have had the immense pleasure of being a part of NFCYM for the past 25 years and have been blessed with collaborating with so many gifted and talented servants of God with the same passion: to witness young people become “on fire” for their faith. It has been amazing to see, through the efforts of NFCYM, the transformation of many teens and adults in their faith and lives. I am honored to be a part of the mission of NFCYM.

Q4. Who accompanied you as a young person?

As a young person, I was grateful to have my band director as someone who walked with me during those turbulent years. She was someone I admired; she was always there to listen; she was a woman of faith and someone I will never forget.

Q5. WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?

My top five Clifton Strengths are: Individualization, Arranger, Input, Achiever, and Empathy.

What does that mean? I love getting to know people and finding out how, with each other’s gifts, talents, and strengths, we can be successful together.

Q6. What is something most people don’t know about you?

Most people don’t know that I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada.
