The HOTSEAT is available to all diocesan, organizational, and associate members of the NFCYM in Region 5. Diocesan members, please feel free to share this invite with any of your other 4 delegates from your diocesan membership.
We will meet the last Tuesday of each month at 1PM CT/2PM ET for 1 hour over zoom.
Our first meeting is Tuesday, July 25.

Each time we meet, we will begin with a check in and then 2 participants (20 min each) will be invited to share a challenge, problem, or ministry need they have and have the attention of the group to find solutions together. Each person in the hotseat should be able to leave the conversation with an action plan. The next month we will check in on the prior “hot seat” participants and do it all again with new participants.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR FIRST TWO HOTSEAT PARTCIPANTS! Don’t be shy, the only way this works is if we have folks who are ready to find real solutions to their ministry challenges and struggles.
