Synodal Conversations on the National Pastoral Plan for Hispanic Ministry

As part of our ongoing efforts to support the needs of our members and be a leader on national initiatives, NFCYM will be hosting a series of Synodal Conversations on the National Pastoral Plan for Hispanic Ministry that was approved by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops last year.

The goals for the conversations are:

• To help our members engage in the pastoral plan and understand its impact on your ministry.
• To better understand the realities, successes, and challenges in ministering to Hispanic/Latino young people.
• To help NFCYM discern its own engagement with the pastoral plan.

These Synodal Conversations will introduce some basic things you should know about the pastoral plan but will focus on hearing from you about your experience ministering to and with Hispanic/Latino young people. Even if you are not actively ministering to and with Hispanic/Latino youth, this would be a great opportunity to learn from others and share your questions and what you need to serve the largest demographic of young Catholics in the United States.
