Q2. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

As Director of Strategy, I help the NFCYM staff and members stay on track to accomplish our goal of bringing young people into a relationship with Jesus Christ and helping them to live their vocation as the young church. The primary way that I do this by resourcing and supporting the ongoing formation of those who accompany young people through webinars, project teams, training programs, and conferences. 

Q3. WHY DO YOU WORK FOR NFCYM?

I joined NFCYM in 2022. As a young person, I was blessed to grow up in a parish that accompanied young people. As a new youth minister, I was blessed with numerous mentors and peers who supported and formed me in ministry. I work for NFCYM in the hope that God will allow me to be a similar blessing to the next generation of youth ministers! 

Q4. WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?

My top five Clifton Strengths are: Strategic, Communication, Discipline, Restorative, and Achiever 

This means that I love working with a team to think through and meet diverse challenges!
