We are delighted to announce a significant development and thrilled to introduce NFCYM Connect, our new member platform that represents a leap forward in enhancing your experience.

NFCYM Connect has been designed to provide you with an enriched user experience. It opens up many opportunities for robust networking and sharing of information among our community. Furthermore, it streamlines access to certifications and valuable resources, ensuring they are readily available to all three membership levels.

Over the next weeks, we will continue to roll out these exciting features, marking a crucial step towards ensuring that all our team members can fully access the extensive resources and benefits that accompany NFCYM membership.

Account Management

Visit nfcym.org/password-reset and follow the prompts. If you have any trouble resetting your password, contact [email protected].

Usernames cannot be changed…but the good news is that you can also login using your email address if you forget your username.

Associate Members can renew their membership at nfcym.org/renew as soon as their membership expires. Diocesan and Organizational Members must contact Mayra at [email protected] to renew.

When you’re logged in, visit nfcym.org/account. Modify your account details and click “Save Profile.”

Under the Member Home tab, click “Edit Profile.”  Under your name, click the icon of a person in a circle. From here you can upload your profile photo and crop the image.

Suggestion: Profile pictures should be a square and approximately 300px x 300px.

Suggestion: Profile header images should not exceed 1200px wide.

All Organizational and Diocesan Representatives need to have an NFYCM Store Account in order to be designated. Follow the steps below to add/change representatives:

  1. The new representative must create an NFCYM Store Account by visiting nfcym.org/store-account
  2. Then, the main Organizational or Diocesan account holder may log into their main Organization or Diocesan account, then visit nfcym.org/account.
  3. Under the “My Membership” tab, click “Subscriptions,” then click “Sub-Accounts.” Follow the prompts to add the newly created representative account by using the representative’s username.
  1. Log in to the organization/diocese account. 
  2. Visit nfcym.org/account and click “My Membership” to view your membership details.
  3. Modify your information and click “Save Profile”

Directory

There are three ways you can find members in the directory. You can search by name, membership type, or region. Once you find the member of interest, you can click “View Profile” to be taken to their member profile page.

The directory is for looking up individual members. If you are a regional representative and are in need of a list of contacts, please email us at [email protected].

Forums

Log in to your membership account and visit nfcym.org/forums. Click into a forum of interest and near the forum title, you’ll see a “Subscribe” button  that you can click that will enable a notification email every time there is an update in that particular forum.

Log in to your membership account and visit nfcym.org/forums. Click into the forum that you would like to unsubscribe to and near the forum title, you’ll see an “Unsubscribe” button  that you can click that will disable notification emails from that forum.

Navigate to the topic in question and locate the toolbar above your post. There, you should see a “Trash”  link that will allow you to remove your post.
