NFCYM thanks Don Boucher for over 48+ years of service in the field of youth ministry. Don served as strong supporter of intergenerational faith formation and empowering adolescent catechesis for lifelong faith formation. Colleagues of Don have admired his ability to recognize and encourage peoples gifts and empowering them to support ministries and communities of faith.
